Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Rails garments, but if they aren't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Pack and Label

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your request within 7-10 business days.
